Usage Monitoring

If a subscriber exceeds their allocated usage limit, the following steps will be taken:

   • The automation services will be temporarily suspended until the start of the next billing cycle unless additional actions are taken by the subscriber.
3. Purchase of Additional Tasks:
   • Subscribers have the option to purchase additional automation tasks if they exceed their usage limit. The cost and details for purchasing additional tasks will be provided in the notification email.
4. Upgrade to Higher Tier:
   • Subscribers can choose to upgrade to a higher tier to accommodate their increased usage needs. The upgrade will be processed immediately, and the new limits will be applied.

Rules and Instructions for Exceeding Limits

1. Communication:
   • If you expect your usage to exceed the limit, please contact our support team in advance to discuss options and avoid service interruption.
2. Purchase Additional Tasks:
   • Please contact us to buy additional credits
3. Upgrade Plan:
   • Please contact us to upgrade the plan or buy additional credits
4. Temporary Suspension:
• If the usage limit is exceeded without purchasing additional tasks or upgrading, services will be suspended until the next billing cycle.
• During suspension, access to automation services will be restricted.
• Services will automatically resume at the start of the next billing cycle with the renewed usage limits.
